I know yall arent doctors but I want to know what you would do.

I woke this morning and use the restroom and was occupied by a big piece of my plug. Wasnt really worried cause it can regenerate and whatnot but now I have a constant ache in my back lower and sometimes in the middle. Then I have (TMI) the diarrhea to accompany that. I feel like I had a couple of contractions in the front but the pain is mostly in my back and its constant. Would you go in?

I've tried water, resting, and walking around. Still having the back pain. Anyone have same symptoms and turn out okay or turn out to be in labor soon?
