How do I know what color eyebrow pencil to use?

I don’t know what color to look for in my eyebrows. I want them to look natural. I’ve never done my eyebrows before. Also if I go to get them done for the first time, should I wax or thread them?

For beginners I suggest threading!! I prefer it & ive been doing it for 5 years now! For brow products I prefer pomade! For me it’s just easier. NYX is really good especially for the price, it’s easily to build up & beginner friendly. Also bc I have the same type of brows as you these are the shades I use! I hope this helps :)

I think you should definitely get them threaded. It’s super quick (about 3-5 minutes) and it’s very precise. I have sensitive skin so it hurts a bit and makes my eyes water but nowhere near as painful as waxing (at least to me.) Waxing also has a chance to burn you if the person isn’t very skilled with it. You can usually ask the person to fill them in for you and ask for advice on how to do your own/what color looks best on you. I had to go through a bunch of different colors to find the one that suits me. I started off with cheaper brands until I found a suitable color, then researched the equivalent of that in Anastasia’s brand.

My brows are around the same color and I use taupe. Also I just pluck my brows by filling in where I want and then plucking outside there

Definitely thread!! I recommend Anastasia  Beverly hill brow products. Either pencil or pomade.If your just starting out pencil may be easier for you but hold it at the end so you don’t put too much pressure on when applying. Use a cool toned dark brown.keep away from any warm toned brown it wouldn’t flatter your eyebrows !! Good luck

i think the natural look doesnt need changing as they already look beautiful but threading would be the most efficient thing to start you off with the shape you want. my favourite product to use is pencils such as the benefit precisely my brow pencil and the nyx micro brow pencil, but other people have different preferences.
