I just started fully working out this week and the scale keep saying I’m 194-196 and I don’t understand because I don’t eat bad at all. I run everyday and eat healthy but I kinda don’t see it I know I’m not going to lost weight in a week but still. I been this weight since January do you guys see a difference ??

You can definitely see a difference! I’m in the same boat. Trying like hell to lose weight but the scale is literally not moving (in either direction). I wish I had taken before pictures, but I didn’t. Instead I’ve been using a tape measure to keep track of my measurements. Although I haven’t seen the scale move, I’ve certainly lost inches (I lost 3” in my waist from May 4th-May 9th!). Also, muscle weighs more than fat. So my advice (especially to myself) is to avoid the scale. :)

You need a scale that shows BMI. You’re definitely losing weight! But the muscle mass keeps the scale from showing the loss.

It’s true that the scale can lie. It depends on water weight, muscle mass, etc. I clearly see a difference. Keep up your hard work!!👏🏼👏🏼
