Maca for fertility/libido?

I have pretty regular cycle and considering taking maca root pills for libido and fertility. Has maca caused any side effects or affected your cycle?

The first morning trying it I got pregnant but miscarried shortly after and I gave me terrible migraines.

I’ve been taking it for a few months. The first month I took it we actually conceived but miscarried shortly after. Been taking it since with no luck. No side effects at all though
