4w+6d brownish spotting?

I have not had any spotting since I found out I was pregnant but tonight I went pee and saw this. Wiped again and more came. About 15 minutes later had to pee again and wiped and it was the same color but just a tiny spot. Nothing in my underwear. I have been having light cramping and back pain since I found out I was pregnant. I feel no difference today.

This is my first pregnancy and I am terrified of losing the baby. Please, anything helps
