I had a friend basically decide she was a bridesmaid even before I was engaged. She’s been very stubborn and discouraging when I tell her what my vision is dress wise. I didn’t truly want her to be a bridesmaid to begin with, but she said she had to be one and in the heat of the moment, I said “of course!” I’m a people pleaser and I don’t know how to tell people no. But a few months has gone by that she’s “been a bridesmaid” and even though nothing has been done dress/planning wise, I feel like it’s too late to take her out of it.
