Maternity clothing question

Hey ladies! My hip size is 37 and my bump/waist is 33/34 inches. I'm 5ft and currently at 113lbs or 52kg

I got some maternity clothes in a small and the tops fit great but the pants dont on my wait or hips yet are baggy in the front and around my legs. I'm 21w 3d today. I feel like I can't keep up with how fast my body is changing and I'm tired of wearing my husbands sweats all the time or pj pants. Should I try ordering some medium and large sizes or maybe just stick to dresses?
