Sweet could be amniotic fluid. I would put on a pad and see if anything else leaks out!

Saw my ob today confirmed its not my amniotic so good also babys supper low so it could be any day now 😎☺️ i sure do hope so

I literally just had this 2 days ago was very watery and smelt like sugar. Went to the hospital as they requested to make sure it was not my waters and it was not, most likely watery discharge. If it continues though call your L&D and see what they say. Good luck xx

With my first pregnancy I had a watery discharge 2-3 days before I went to labour. Been checked by doctors and they confirmed it was not an amniotic fluid.
