does this ultrasound look normal? (Vaginal)

I should be 6w 2d according to last period, but I ovulated later in my cycle so I’m thinking i’m around 5 weeks.. I had an ultrasound done on 4/8 (one day late for period) and they didn’t see anything at all.. went back today for another ultrasound 4/20 and they seen a small gestational sac with a possible yolk sac which she said it looks like it’s progressing like it should be.. I go back 4/29 for another ultrasound which we should see fetal pole/hb by then.. what do you think??
