i dont want to eat my parent's food

So i workout, and I'm really trying to gain muscle and lose weight but inorder to do that I need to eat whole foods, and high protein, but my parents make korean food or just not the healthiest I dont want to eat them but they say We need to eat the left over when I dont want to. Can I say no to day and just make something else instead? They're not helping reaching my goals... I know its quarantine and parents don't have jobs rightnow my mom does and her bf doesn't and he's the one who gets upset when we eat something else. So idk what to do?
