WHAT SHOULD I DO???

I dont know whether to cut my hair to shoulder length or not, I've been wanting to for a while but scared it wont look good or people wont like it. 
Should I cut it or not? 
I know it's not a big deal but I really dont know what to do

You should absolutely cut it. Long scraggly hair is so 1995.

Cutting your hair off is such a great feeling! If it’s long enough, donate it! You’ll feel awesome and brand new. Hair grows back, and it’s fun to experiment with different styles and looks. I cut 10-20 inches every few years and it is honestly one of those things I look forward to every time!

Do it!! I was so scared the first time I did that but it was awesome-- & it grew back fast anyway. Now I chop it like that every couple years:
