Beginner Exercises?
Hello! So here’s a little background info about me :)
-I’m 19
-I’m 5’3
-I weigh 180.4 lbs
-ideally, I’d like to be 140ish
What I’ve started doing is drinking plenty of water and taking my dog on walks(usually only thirty minutes or so) I know this isn’t much at all but it’s something! I’m hoping once I’m able to work again I can buy my own groceries and cook healthy meals but for now I’ll have to eat what my parents are making :/ I can’t complain though, they’re doing their best!
I have a gym membership but I haven’t been in months :/ I feel really uncomfortable and I don’t know what I’m doing haha so that makes it worse!! since we’re quarantined I though this would be a great time to do some at home workouts :) the only problem is.. I don’t know where to start! any advice/tips would be soo helpful!
I’m a little embarrassed to work out so any that I can do in me room would be perfect!
