How soon can you/did you have sex when bleeding stoped from miscarriage? My miscarriage happened 2weeks ago and bleeding stopped a week ago I’ve been struggling emotionally because of the miscarriage and just craving the closeness and affection from my husband and possibly trying again

I started having sex once the bleeding turned to spotting. We didn’t do it often because of the obvious risk of infection but everything was fine.

I think we waited three weeks but my doctor at the time was known for being overly cautious.
We were also very much in need of being intimate and physically close to each other, and all the research we did was pointing at two weeks of everything was fine. 
In the end we waited the full three weeks but spent quite some time cuddling and trying to compensate in other ways.

I waited the full month for the first period but everyone feels differently if its gona bring you together youll be fine to do it now youve had enough time to heal and make sure its all out, i didnt want ro be touched so it was a good excuse for me, we are all different... My Dr wanted us to wait for trying again until my after my first cycle after my mc. I didn't have my first cycle until 7 weeks after it. We were having sex probably at like 4 or 5 weeks after cause the bleeding would stop randomly so we thought it was fine but then I would bleed again.

We did a few days after I stopped bleeding because I felt ready.
