2 month vaccines

So my daughter had her vaccines on Thursday, she was unsettled the whole day and slept most of it. Today however she seems to be really unsettled again. Not wanting to eat more then an ounce or two. Not really sleeping. And has just been crying a lot. She has been fine over the weekend. Anyone else found their babies were a bit hit and miss after their vaccines?
