Cramps - 10dpo
Do cramps associated with AF usually start 7-8dpo? I’ve had light/dull cramps since around that time (currently 10dpo) and AF isn’t due for another 4-5 days. Is it normal to have cramps that early/long for AF??
I have tested 2x (on 9 & 10dpo) both negative.
*Im asking bc idk what’s normal for me anymore, been off bc for a few months and every cycle has been different since lol
