Why does my damn period hurt so much?!

Question

My period has been completely normal for 6 years!! It hurt a little bit from cramps and things and lasted about 8 days on average but it was totally fine and came regularly and everything. All of the sudden it stopped and didn’t come for 3 months!! I just got it back today and it is quite literally the worst pain I’ve ever felt. It hurts so bad and the cramps are non stop. Itshorrible. Ivebeen getting worse acne too lately and been more irratable. 
Should I see a doctor? Could I have PCOS? 
I’m concerned. 
Also im15, so if this is a normal thing please just tell me it is don’t hate for being immature.

Dang girl you got your period so young
My periods were always always bad until I got on birth control and even then it could occasionally get bad. I would say for sure it wouldnt hurt to go to the doctor. At the very minimum they can maybe get you on something to help and they should also be able to see if its PCOS or anything else
Im going to say acne is probably just a change in hormones(but could also be linked to your period)

Yup it can absolutely be normal for your period to be quite irregular for a few years. I suggest a heating pad, red raspberry leaf tea during the day and chamomile at night. Ibuprofen if you really can’t take the pain. It’s normal for cramps to be worse if you haven’t gotten a period in a while.
