Do your body signs ever misalign with Glow data?
As a woman, there are obviously signs of ovulation that you can look out for. The best way I have found to track my ovulation is to monitor my CM. I input all of my daily symptoms, ailments, feelings, activities, etc. in Glow. The app seems to do a great job at predicting my menstrual cycle. However, often times I am forecasted to ovulate on a certain date, but my bodily signs say otherwise. For example, I was forecasted to ovulate this past Saturday. My EWCM didn’t show up until today, meaning that I will likely ovulate within the next 12-24 hours. This also means that I am at a high risk of pregnancy if I have intercourse today. According to Glow, I am at a low (3%) risk today. Of course I am going to listen to my body and trust that more than an app. My hesitation is that I log EVERYTHING including CM, so I’m just wondering why Glow doesn’t update using my current daily information. I know that technology isn’t perfect, and it’s not incredibly reliable all the time... I’m just questioning why I use an app that doesn’t provide me with a solid benefit. Do any of you ladies seem to have this issue where your bodily signs are contradicting the app’s information?
