Okay bare with me

I don’t ever track ovulation. Predicted ovulation was March 2-7 I had unprotected sex March 10th and predicted ovulation was March 31-April 5. I’m now 4 days late on my period and all my tests have been negative. Can I trust those negatives and just assume it’s a missed period or should I test again?
