So my boyfriend and I was talking and I wrote to him about how I was feeling Cos there’s been a lot of stress I’m my life recently and this was his response

“I genuinely think I have some sort of emotional disorder where I physically can’t care about anyone other than myself”

He’s asked if this is an actual disorder and I’m not aware of all the different kinds of mental illness tbh so I was curious to see what your opinion is or if you know more and if it is an actual diagnosis.
