Sensitive teeth 😫

For the last few weeks I’ve had a really bad dull ache in my molar whenever I eat sweets (cheesecake) or drink cold fluids. 😫 I’m not sure if something is stuck in my tooth or if I have a crack or tooth enamel worn. Please tell me there’s hope and I don’t need my molar pulled 🥴🥴
