This cycle is so weird😣

Does anyone else get REALLY bad cramps DAYS before their period? Not like 1-2 days before, more like 5-7 days? Cramps that normally wouldn’t happen until your period starts?? I’ve never had this before and I’ve had to be on my heating pad all week but my period doesn’t even start until later this week. I’m not spotting or anything either, so that part is normal for me bc i never spot. I’m on the pill and use condoms so i don’t think I could be pregnant right? Could it just be bc my lifestyle has changed to such a slow pace since quarantine started and my diet and everything has changed? If i was scared of pregnancy would i be crazy?
