I have just started my period after child two. My diva cup, which I used before and after my first child, is excruciatingly painful after insertion. My baby is 7months old so I don’t think it is a haven’t healed issue. I know how to insert it- not a user error issue.

Any other cup recommendations? I have always found the tail of the diva cup to be a bit uncomfortable but not worth not using it.

And sizes. There is usually to sizes. If I am having issues with the smaller size I am thinking a bigger size up in there is not a great idea...

Any insights or product suggestions are welcomed.
