Can Braxton Hicks like contractions cause dilation?
I’m curious because I’ve been having lots bh contractions but they are more like in my pelvic area then my actual belly and lots of cramping I’ll be 32 weeks on Friday haven’t had an ultrasound since 20 weeks so I wouldn’t know if I’m dilating or not. And btw I been pregnant before I know these are definitely not labor pain or actual contractions.
