Am I pregnant?

My ex and I have been hooking up for the past 5 to 6 months. I've always been super careful when it comes to ovulating since birthcontrol doesn't work on me. And condoms break on him. I was pregnant in August and lost it 9 weeks in. I was on birthcontrol and a condom. Now. We hadent used any protection. And we have had sex basically everyday for 2 weeks and including on my most fertile day. He came in me every single time. Should I be concerned?
