AF was due two days ago, I have some “early pregnancy” symptoms. I took an early first response test with FMU and it was negative. Opinions please!

I also have increased discharge, it’s milky white but kind of thick, and there’s lots of it.

Could I possibly (and hopefully) be pregnant?!
