Privacy and boundaries in a relationship?

Just curious about everyone else's view on this topic.

Everyone has a right to their own privacy. That doesn’t change because you start a relationship or even get married. You don’t have the right to go through people’s things because you’re together. I have absolutely nothing to hide. My boyfriend has my laptop and phone password.  He doesn’t go through it-ever. He asks me to use it (though I’ve told him he doesn’t have to and can just use it). It’s called respect. If you feel the need to go through someone’s stuff then you have deeper issues to work on in the relationship

I think it's important to have a life other than your lovelife or partner tbh. If my partner wants to get all my privacy I would have for sure left his ass
