Does this ultrasound look right to you?

Question

So due to having very irregular periods, my doctor got me in super early this pregnancy to date how far along I am. The sac was so small that she could barely measure it, but she is guessing I am 3-4 weeks. Is this what I should be seeing that far along? Anyone see anything “bad”?
Praying for a healthy baby! Absolutely cannot believe I caught this pregnancy this early on 😬
I mean have you ever seen anything so SMALL?!

This is why they don’t like doing ultrasound still 7-8 weeks at least! Before that there is nothing to see really and can cause so much anxiety. So yes itsnormal to not see much at all at this point :)

Looks perfectly normal!

Looks normal to me. When I was 4 weeks 2days I had my 1st appointment and this is exactly how my ultrasound looked.
