13 days period so far.. Depo Provera

I’m looking for some advice because i am 16 and got my first birth control shot two months ago. the first month i skipped my period and i was so glad i thought it was gone forever. this month i got it and it hasn’t stopped and this is the 13th day! when does it end?! how do i get it to end? how am i supposed to be intimate ever.
