Pregnancy dry mouth ?

Ok more weird pregnancy symptoms I guess. Anyone else have extreme dry mouth lately or at any point in the pregnancy? I’ve been drinking more water than ever because of it , and it almost feels like the more water I drink, the drier my mouth becomes ! Sounds really weird, has anyone else experienced this? 😂

Yep! For the past week it has been terrible. I have had to wake up multiple times a night to drink it ia so bad. I drink around 20 ozes from the time I go to sleep and when I wake up.

I'm not sure if you're lactose tolerant but drinking milk can help.. Though for me it now causes flatulence too 😅

I am mostly fine during the day bc I drink a lot of water, but it is really bad at night. I also wake up sometimes to drink water. And if I don’t, my mouth is so dry in the morning.

Yes!!! I’ve been trying to figure out why and I think it’s a combo of allergy season, pregnancy congestion and breathing more from my mouth overnight and during the day just allergies hitting harder. I’ve been drinking some lemon water which has seemed to help a bit and chewing gum helps produce more saliva.
