30 and never fingered myself

So I’m 30 and have never properly explored my body! I feel extremely embarrassed about it.

I have had an intense fear or fingering myself... I can’t even insert a tampon, and I get extremely stomach sick thinking about it.

My husband is great and always wants to try anything and keep going but I just never get there!
