Is this normal during pregnancy? (Brown spots between breast)

It popped up and I noticed now it’s getting darker I’m 27 weeks I tried to scrub it off and won’t go away :( I have a visit with my doctor next Friday I will bring it up. I do have the pregnancy line if they are related?
