Early morning wake ups?

Help! Baby is waking at 5am everyday and “singing” and ready for his first nap at breakfast time! We have blackout blinds room is perfect temp and pitch black.  Also does anyone feel like all the info about sleep training is just crazy? Like what did our parents do?? 😂

I’m going nuts with this early wake ups too! It’s been two weeks almost. I’m glad it shifted from 4:30 to 5 at this point. 
I know there is an 8 month sleep regression and I’m partly praying my son just hit it early bc we did sleep training at 5 months and he’s been doing 11 hours since. 
Save us! I need help and coffee. All day.

We are going through the same thing! He's been sleeping 11-12 hours straight at night since he was 4 months old, waking at 7am. Now he's up at 530 and our bedtime routine hasn't changed. I'm going to try pushing his bedtime to just a bit earlier, that's what the pediatrician said to do. We'll see! 🤷‍♀️

Try changing the diaper before you go to bed for the night so they arn’t as wet at 5am. It solved our early morning wake ups.

Along with sleep training being crazy, sometimes going to bed a little earlier makes them wake later.
