How long does implantation cramps last ? How soon after implantation can I take a pregnancy test?

I had implantation cramps when I woke up one morning, they lasted for a couple of hours, felt like period pains/diarrhoea cramps (sorry) and I got a positive 3 days later :)

Mine lasted a day and a half

It can last up to a couple of hours or up to 3 days! Also if you implant at say 10dpo then you won’t get a positive until 12dpo! Implantation doesn’t occur until 6-12dpo!
