I get them every pregnancy. 9+4 and just had my first one. I dreamed that today I went to the dr (don't even have an appt til Tuesday 4/28) and the baby was gone. In my dream I was having sharp stomach pains but no bleeding. I was calling everyone to let them know I had lost the baby. Had to schedule a d&c (which I will refuse to do after my last experience god forbid I do go to my next appt and baby is gone) Just ready to check on my little bear and know everything is ok. The miscarriage and death dreams are the worst. 😭
