Small Eloping

Have any of you eloped? Or thought about it? My fiancé and I are young, in college, and broke. We would like to have a super small ceremony of immediate family. We want to get married as soon as possible. He is nervous of missing out on “the big day”. But I also am not going to plan a huge wedding and waste money. We are also nervous about the judgment of our friends and family. Suggestions, encouragement, pictures, what ever you have would be help to us!
