Early miscarriage or early af?

I am about 10ish dpo, and i stopped birth control April 4. Yesterday i thought for sure i was having implantation cramps and spotting (2nd pregnancy), well today i woke up and there was BRIGHT red blood oozing out. I feel maybe i had an early miscarriage because my period isn’t due for two weeks. What do you think?

It’s most probably your period, due to stopping birth control! It will take a few cycle to regulate again!
