Numb skin around c-section scar?

I’m two weeks PP and I just noticed that the skin area around my c section scar is completely numb, I can’t feel anything. I’ve read that it can be permanent but curious if anyone has experienced this?

My son is almost two and I still do not feel that area. My friend told me it took five years tell she got all feeling back. Doctors told me that the nerves take the longest to heal and it could be some time.

I’m 8 weeks pp and 1/2” above my incision is still kinda numb. But I’ll take numb over the feelings of those nerves reconnecting again cause holy crap that hurt while trying to nurse a newborn who just loved to kick there.

My oldest will be 6 next month and I bad numbing there.

I had my fourth c-section last January. My first one almost 18 years ago and shit is still numb. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If I cant see it, it’s not my problem lol

Same 1 month pp and the lower half of my stomach above my scar is numb. It comes back most of the time but sometimes it doesn't.

Very common. My son is 8 months and I still have some numb spots. For me a lot of feeling did come back gradually during the first 6 months or so. At first it was numb all around the scar and all the way up to my belly button on one half of my belly.
