Am I okay?

Question

After sex with my boyfriend I cleaned up and I suddenly got an overwhelming amount of pain in my pelvic area.
It’s not like my period cramps 
It feels like it might be too much gas built up, but no air is coming out and right now I am feeling a little nauseous, but I am trying not to freak out.

I get really terrible pain around my pelvic area after and sometimes during sex. Makes me cry on the bathroom floor. Ive talked to the doctor and it seems to be because of eating too much beforehand, or sometimes gas builds up. Try to keep a food and time log when you have sex to see if its correlated maybe, I've noticed dealing with my stress with exercise  and meditation and waiting after eating to have sex has helped a lot.

I’ve had that too dont worry. If you orgasmed it’s most likely cramping from that (all muscles tensed, a TRUCKLOAD of pressure on your pelvis). 
Just take some pain relief medicine and you’ll be all good!
