I’ve been taking the Desogestrel Cresent mini pill for nearly 5 months now and every month I’ve been having 2 heavy periods persisting for about 6 days when I was told that I shouldn’t have any periods at all.

Last time that I went to the doctors was when I was on it for about 3 months and they said to keep taking it but if I keep having periods every 2 weeks then I should come back to change pill.

But because of the pandemic going on I can’t book an appointment to speak to my doctor.

I know I could just stop taking it but I’m worried about the sign effects of my hormones after I stop taking it!

Has anyone got any advice on what I should do??
