Been on period for 8 weeks , please help

Hi,

I got the implant on the 2nd on January so has been just over 3 months , I’ve been trying to give it the best shot before getting it removed but after a week of having it I bled for two weeks then one week break then two weeks bleeding again , after another week I started bleeding and haven’t stopped and it’s been 8 weeks , any advice? I got the implant as I struggle with the pill as it makes me feel sick and I’m borderline anaemic so loosing this much blood isn’t good , it’s not painful it’s just there constantly , thank you
