I’m 7 weeks pregnant had sex with my babies father last night and there a few drops of blood in my underwear 🩲 when I looked at them this morning am I loosing my baby because I had sex I’m crying so much rn

Do not go to the hospital. You only go there if you are bleeding so much that you fill a pad or more an hour.  It’s normal to spot after sex. You are not losing your baby.  Call your ob if it will make you feel better.

It’s normal in first trimester. Your cervix is sensitive, your body is pumping 10x more blood than normal and you have a lot of vessels there. Calm down, if it turns into heavy bleeding then go to the ER but right now don’t go it’s not an emergency and they will just send you home telling you the same thing. Trust me been there with my first baby a few months ago. I had spotting and I wasted a trip to the ER for them to say “it’s normal in first trimester”

This happened to me at 6 1/2 weeks. I had sex with my husband, and the next day I was spotting dark red blood. I was so scared and freaked out especially when the spotting wouldn't stop for several days. I had a miscarriage with my previous pregnancy so I was convinced it was happening again. You're ok. Sex can irritate your cervix and cause bleeding, I had it a couple weeks ago after sex. It happens.

Try to go to a GP if possible or gyno so they can run some tests. You may not be loosing the baby light bleeding can happen after sex. If you are I’m so sorry for your loss.
