My period is four days late now. I had my mirena removed in mid-February after having two for a total of 9 years. During the 9 years I didn’t have a cycle. I had what I think was a period three days after removal for 7 days. Then I had a period last month for 7 days as well. Now this month and there’s nothing but I have been feeling pressure and mild cramps on the left or right pelvic area. I took a pregnancy test yesterday night (three days late) and it came out negative.

Were the past two “period” episodes a true cycle and is my period just not regulated yet? Or do I need to test again at a later date?
