Newborn - 3 weeks old
So I’m breastfeeding my baby and she poops around 3-4 times a day but screams and cries for hours when she has to go. It’s like she can’t handle pushing it out. Is this normal? Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?
I don’t eat anything that could cause her gas and I’ve tried gripe water and gas drops, both haven’t helped.
My pediatrician thinks it’s just her body trying to adjust to the sensation of pooping.
