This book helped me out truly this is how I was able to figure out what I needed for my kind of pcos (keep in mind all pcos is not the same) so what works for me might not work for you......but that's what this book shows you how to treat different kinds of pcos it also helps with weight loss if you need it, diets that help with inflammation, insulin resistance and so much more

The vitamins or supplements that actually work for me and have been helping me out with my insulin resistance and my sleep I sleep so much better I don't have any bad periods, back pains on or off my period, bloating, cramping, heartburn, I'm not tired through out the day any more I feel energized, my facial hair isn't as much as a problem now I use to tweezers everyday, my tummy has shrunken quite a bit and with these supplements I have the ones I take in the morning and others for night like the niacin, magnesium, and melatonin are my night time they ease me at night and help with stress, the others help with stress, inflammation, leaky gut which is what most of us have with pcos, and so on

My first positive ovulation test every time I would take them I would always get negative but after a while of taking these supplements I finally got a positive

The iron I only take during my time of the month I do have a iron deficiency

I love this tea even though it's for fertility it also helps with my bad periods and my periods were so bad where I felt like my abdomen muscle was attached to my uterus and if I tried to stand up straight during let's just say it felt like hell basically I just really loved the tea so much I decided to try the total fertility pills since I ran out of the conceive plus and I also wanted to try the fertility candy........I drink my tea three times a day a cup after every meal you can either do two cups a day or three but I chose three because tea helps with weight loss and you can have the tea hot or cold it's so delicious either way

I thought I'd spread the positivity and help my pcos sisters who keep getting the same thing like birth control pills and metformin which is basically like a gauze placed over a deep wound it just baits it down for a little while and doesn't help with the situation.....always check with a health care provider before you take any supplements because you don't wanna take anything you don't need.....and if you can't afford health care....than I suppose you should be fine if you know your body and what you are sensitive to
