Hey folks - just hoping for some reassurance as this is my second pregnancy after the first ended in a miscarriage which started with spotting 🥺

I got a really faint positive two days ago, slightly stronger yesterday, and today was stronger still. But I've had some mild period-like cramping on and off today, and a bit of red/brown spotting earlier today. It was about 3 "wipes" worth. It's stopped now but I'm already panicking.

I wish this while uncertain part would move quicker - if I'm going to miscarry again I might just give up 😔 it's been four years of fertility tests and treatment and the closest we've got is 5 weeks

Please tell me your spotting experience? Can it be totally ok, even if there's cramping?
