What to expect post mirena IUD removal?

I am getting my IUD, mirena, taken out after having it since august 2017! What should I expect immediately after? I'm a little nervous about how painful and how much bleeding I'll have. Share your experience with me! Ty!

I had major depression with mine in and no periods. As soon as it came out I felt better and had my period (kinda weird just because I didn’t know when it’d come). Tbh she just told me to cough as hard as I could and it was out, I couldn’t feel a thing. I did spot a little after but nothing major

I just got mine out last month, removal hurt slightly more than insertion for me only because she originally cut my strings short so when I wanted it removed she tried dilating my cervix which she still couldn’t see the strings then she went in blind with the long tweezer things and pulled it out. The whole process only took about a min. Afterwards I spotted for about an hour and that was it. That was March 17th and today is April 23 and I just got my period back. Only other removal symptoms I had was extreme exhaustion for a couple days and that was it.
