Belly Binding
Are any of you ladies doing postpartum belly binding/wrapping? I did with my first and felt like it helped with getting my uterus back in place quicker (that's what the nurse commented anyway 🤣).
I used the Belly Bandit B.F.F. last time but felt it curled up too much so am on the hunt for another one now - maybe something with multiple sections (like belly, hip, pelvis).
What are you using if you will be using one?
