Natural gas smell? Gas leak or am I crazy? 😫

Can smelling a gas leak be a symptom of pregnancy? I’ve been smelling it in and off for a few weeks now and my SO apparently checked the lines somehow by spraying something or idek and said there was no leak. They also checked them a few months ago when they put in the new gas dryer and they were fine. I’m getting scared now like is something wrong with me or is this normal or should I do something? I just ordered a gas detector from amazon to leave on just in case but like I don’t understand why I keep smelling it. My SOs room is the worst and it’s rite above the laundry room. I just smelled it in the living room for the first time too for a minute but then it went away. We have baseboard heating where hot water runs through the pipelines and I wonder if that’s gas? Idek I am going crazy over it though and no one else says that they smell it but they also told me I didn’t have lice after searching through my head for hours and I did so I don’t trust their judgement.
