Please please help me!

My transfer was Wednesday the 15th April!

Today I had my blood test,

I just called them they said my test results came back 36? And it should be 100? And I could be having a miscarriage but there not sure

I’m to have another blood test in a week?

See said some times it’s low and then it can come back high! And boom ur pregnant

I cried so much it hurt I don’t wanna loose my baby!

Can anyone share any light I don’t know what to do or think!!!

What do I do!?

I also did a pregnancy test after I got of the phone and I got a very faint line showing I’m pregnant!

Pls help.
