Can you have sex with a concussion?

Yesterday I had fallen on my head and I’m not quite sure if I have one but I do feel really dizzy and off. Is it harmful to have sex/masturbate with a concussion ?

Nooooooo don’t have sex with a concussion!!! You need to rest your brain. When I had a concussion I didn’t have sex with my bf for a a few weeks and then didn’t give him head or anything until I was cleared bc I tried once or twice before I was cleared and it didn’t end up well. Even when we had sex, it was short and sweet and I made him do 99% of the work bc It hurt my head moving my body fast and stuff. Your brain needs rest! If you don’t rest it you can mess it up for the rest of your life or prolong your healing period, neither of those are worth it just for sex. Masterbating I’m not sure about because I don’t masterbate.
